The first session usually takes up to one and a half hours, in which we’ll discuss the best path for you.  I’ll talk you through the suggested tools I plan to use throughout your journey and you can ask as many questions as you like. 


You have my assurance that every issue is taken very seriously and

my priority is to make you feel comfortable and at ease.  We are sure to have some laughter along the way, as a little humour at the right time, is most certainly a great tonic!  It goes without saying, that you have my full confidentiality.


Face-to face sessions take place either at my home; or if you live within 15 to 20km of the Berkhamsted / Tring area, I can come to you.  Sessions are equally as effective via Skype or Zoom if you prefer and email reassurance is available in-between.

Transformational coaching and mentoring

Depending on your needs, I suggest a minimum of 4 sessions working at your pace although 6 to 9 sessions are highly recommended.  After the initial session of one and a half hours, subsequent sessions will be hourly. More...
